Our free postage and packing charges cover delivery to destinations within the UK Only. All deliveries outside of the UK can be quoted, but please contact us for pricing.
All orders are sent recorded delivery with the Royal Mail, a tracking number shall be given once the order is dispatched. If you require items sent quicker we can arrange a courier service to suit your needs and budget, contact us for a quote.
North West Outdoors aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (mainland UK only), using our standard delivery service.
Please allow additional delivery time for Europe and Worldwide.
Here at North West Outdoors we want you to be completely satisfied every time you use our site. We also appreciate that you may occasionally want to return items to us.
Currently the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations state that if you change your mind about a purchase you have the right to return any item(s) that are in their original condition including their original packaging and labeling within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the date on which the item was delivered.
This applies to all purchases from North West Outdoors online store.
To return an item to us please pack it securely including your North West Outdoors receipt. You must send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use an insured delivery service as you are responsible for the item until we have received it. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of return postage unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is found to be faulty.
If any item purchased from North West Outdoors develops a fault after the initial 7 days please return the item to us for inspection following the above returns procedure clearly noting the nature of the fault. Used items must be sent back cleaned, we will not accept soiled goods.
